Drilling School - Americas
Salos has just set up a drilling school in the Americas.
Here’s some of the students practicing a mitigation technique for a particular well-hazard.
Our team of three instructors set up challenging exercises based on the customer’s well program, with particular drilling assemblies & the rig’s equipment interface.
We utilize a unique scoring & assessment system to evaluate individuals & the team. This way the customer gets to understand how effectively a specific team works together & also how each individual applies the skills & techniques from the training & coaching.
Lessons are also captured & where appropriate, included in the execution program. Lessons are also revisited during the well construction phase to ensure that the learning is physically put into action.
