Operational Readiness Audits & Reviews
Salos conducts Drilling Readiness Reviews to provide operators with an impartial assessment of upcoming operations and programmes across technical, operational, logistics, planning and safety readiness considerations. Drawing on extensive global drilling experience and recognised industry practices, our reviews help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
DWOP & HAZID Facilitation
Salos has experienced DWOP and HAZID facilitators who work with operator teams to maximise participation and collaboration during workshops, with a focus on programme review and risk awareness.

The coaching provided by Salos Sunesis supports operational performance by strengthening core competencies and practical knowledge. Our coaching programmes are tailored to project requirements and help teams prepare for upcoming operational challenges.
Our coaching team has access to our Project Asset Coaching Systems (PACS), providing ongoing technical, performance and people support from our in-house specialists. Support includes technical guidance, best practice sharing, lessons learned and advisory assistance where required.
